Wigan and Leigh Extreme is a week-long event designed to show how social entrepreneurs can change their homes and the world - and make a living at the same time!

Our unique Ideas Factory incorporates a two-day national conference designed to help you turn your dreams into reality.

Running every day from 14-20 March 2008 at the Wigan Investment Centre, it will give you a chance to:

• Develop your idea
• Meet entrepreneurs
• Learn how to use new tools for action and reflection
• Research and develop your market
• Build client networks
• Write a business plan
• Find financial support
• Make presentations

Wigan and Leigh Extreme is open to individuals, teams, or delegates from organisations who want to create change. We’re looking for a mix of ages, background and experience.

At the end of the week you will have a resources toolkit and a project plan or fully completed business plan, ready to present to funders and investors. You’ll gain confidence and connections, information, skills and tools to help you get results.
